Bill joined AsiaTech in 2003. Before AsiaTech, he spent two years as Investment Manager at Vertex Venture in Taiwan with investment focus on semiconductor industry. During his two yearˇ¦s tenure with Vertex, Bill had analyzed more than 250 semiconductor companies and supervised the IPO of Chipbond (TW 6147) and acquisition of Pucka by Career Tech (TW 6153) Through providing various business alliance opportunities to those visited companies, Bill had built strong industrial knowledge and connections. Prior to joining Vertex, Bill was an investment analyst in Rise Capital, where he had done market research for fiber optics and Internet industries.
As AsiaTech, Bill led the investment in ACE, CyberVision, Imagiatek, Remotek and Winity. He seats in the board of CyberVision, Imagiatek, and Winity.
Bill holds a BS from National Chengchi University, an MS in Computer Science from National Taiwan University, and an MS in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
